A Walnut Pesto Mozzarella Swirl surprises the tastebuds in the best way possible.
The baker at my local cafe is a mastermind. I’ve tried their veggie bagel creations plenty of times, but this visit surprised me and my tastebuds with something new.
Saint Kitchen is a cafe offering coffee, bagels, donuts, and other baked goods. It’s situated opposite the city-side of St. Paul’s Church and its beloved square to Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, for residents and visitors alike.
It’s the only green space around for us locals, so we often retreat there when we — and our dogs — need to feel a little closer to nature. You can find people of all kinds meandering under the shady trees and through the centuries-old gravestones. It might sound glum, but it’s quiet and peaceful compared to the other squares and parks you’ll find further into the city center. It’s also beautiful on a sunny day.
